Recently I had bought a FIFA WouldCup PC DVD Game.Unfortunately it can't be installed.The message "Only part of the readmemory or writememory process is complete" appeared.So I RMA it back to the shop and he retry to install back using his pc and it has no problem although his LG DVD-ROM can't read that DVD game but there is no prob wit his Lite-On DVD Writter.Then definately there is no prob wit the disc but something wrong with my Lite-On Combo DVD-rom.I try to upgrade my dvd rom with the new firmware but nothing happen.I could with my dvdrom driver or something else?

Its possible that your DVD drive is picky with the disc.
Do you have any other DVD drives at your home to test with?
