but i hav no idea which proc is suitable to me

conroe is good but expensive and hot

amd 64 x2 :i think the price is going down after conroe,than the price is good
but it perform lower than conroe
i also want to know which is better to upgrade in future

I think you should wait for Conroe because AM2 is just the same as s939, performance vise.

Yes, X2 3800+ (~RM611) might be cheaper than Conroe. But I think the price/performance between a E6300 1.8GHz Conroe (~RM660) will be more worth for that extra RM50.

Besides, Conroe runs COOLER than most AMD processors including the X2. Intel is not like last time anymore... Cooler, Quieter and faster!

Err... yeah.. almost all retail processors comes with a heatsinkfan.
Nevertheless, you can swap the heatsink to Thermalright HR-01 and run it fanless without overheating.
