Another legendary DDR2 IC from the D9 family manufactured by Micron. D9GKX is a high-end DDR2 chip by Micron as it usually passed high speed binning. You can usually find it on high-end memory kits such as PC2-8000 and above. Should run 500MHz at 4-4-4 easily at low voltage. So the D9GKX is capable of doing high speed at low latency. Usually costs more than other D9 and it is very limited nowadays.

D9GKX > D9GMH
But there are some cases where D9GMH had been highly binned to overclock better than D9GKX.
Those OEM Micron D9GKX does not overclock as good as high performance D9GKX RAMs because OEM Micron uses normal PCB and low binning process. Performance RAMs uses up to 8-layer PCB and BrianPower PCB to support higher overclocking and volt. Besides, these perf RAMs has been tested to run at the rated speed.
Buying OEM Micron D9GKX depends on your luck. If you get a good pair, it can easily do 500MHz at low latency. However, this is easy with 512MBx2 kit. 1GBx2 kits are harder to OC.
